Hatha

This is the most commonly practiced yoga technique in the West. Training to stay healthy. We hold our asanas (body positions) and try to control our breath during the yoga session. Relaxation in between and at the end of the sessions is at least as important.

Start the day full of energy

To get the day off to a good start, there are yoga exercises that stimulate the flow of energy and have an invigorating effect. We start the day with exactly these yoga exercises and breathing exercises. Opening the chest, opening the heart and greeting the sun.

Gentle Detox

We practice lots of twisting movements for the metabolism and digestion. Gentle, to stimulate the circulation but not to put too much strain on it. A gentle practice for a detoxifying yoga practice.

morning flow

To wake up, we string together various asanas, so that a gentle flow into the day is guaranteed. It gives you strength and energy for the day's work.

Arrive

Arriving on the mat doesn't just mean being physically present. When we arrive, we should also be thinking about yoga and arriving at ourselves.

Relaxed into the evening

Relaxed yoga can also be strengthening. We stay in the asanas for longer and move gently from one exercise to the next. Relaxing also means letting go of the past. Letting go of the stresses of the day.

Vinyasa Yoga

The focus of Vinyasa Yoga is to move from one asana to the next as smoothly as possible. You only hold each position for a short time and time yourself based on a certain number of breaths. In the energetic exercise sequences, the intensity increases to a maximum towards the middle and then decreases again.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a very calm, passive style of yoga. You practice it without muscle tension and mainly sitting and lying down. The effect of Yin yoga is defined by holding the asanas for a long time. You stay in one position for about three to five minutes. This way you achieve a gentle but effective stretch without any pressure to perform. The desired effect of Yin yoga is absolute relaxation. To do this, you let your breath flow freely and feel inside yourself. Because you only perform particularly gentle asanas in Yin yoga, the total number of possible exercises is smaller compared to other yoga styles.

advanced courses

Gspia di & Look at you

In everyday life, we often don't take enough time for ourselves. If something hurts, we don't take it quite so seriously and carry on with our daily tasks. With GSPIA DI YOGA, we learn to perceive our body. We consciously direct our breathing to exactly where we need it. We try to consciously perceive every part of our body. From our little toes to our earlobes. With SCHAU AUF DI YOGA, we take time for ourselves and create our own personal "Look at Di" time.

Yoga for Athletes

Sport connects people. Sport inspires enthusiasm. Sport connects countries and cultures. Sport is fun and keeps you fit. Sport has many positive aspects, but it also demands a lot from the body. And after a football match, a mountain tour, a ski race, a mountain bike tour, etc., some parts of the body still feel tight. Amateur and professional athletes alike push themselves to their limits, both physically and mentally. The treasure chest of yoga offers countless possibilities here. Performance reserves can be activated through the interplay of strengthening and stretching, tension and relaxation. Knowledge of breathing, the most important source of energy, is also indispensable. Training in these techniques is also a good way to prevent injuries.

Yoga in Nature

Yoga in Nature

In summer we hike once a week to selected places to practice yoga in nature. We meet at 9:00 a.m. in the biYou eco-quarter. From here we set off together on our hike to carefully selected places. We design the hike and the yoga session individually, tailored to the group and the day. We have enough places, depending on the weather we hike to the mountain lake, into the forest or just into the countryside, so the length of the session varies depending on the group and the weather. We announce our session one day in advance on Facebook, so that you can come along even if you are not on holiday at the Biohotel Bergkristall. Please register by phone: 0650 88 10 180 or here
