We generally differentiate between open yoga classes, which you can join at any time, and special advanced courses that focus intensively on a topic over 10 weeks. The highlight of the biYou yoga hotel is undoubtedly outdoor yoga, where the fresh mountain air fills your lungs and nature tingles on your skin. On our yoga platform with a panoramic view of the Schladminger Tauern, you can breathe deeply and let your mind wander freely. As part of our "Yoga and Nature" special, we go on an inspiring hike every week to practice yoga in the mountains. During the weekly sound journey, body and mind reach a harmonious state of deep relaxation. In order to strengthen the connection to nature again and to experience it consciously, we also invite you to yoga & nature every week - a gentle yet intense encounter.

rent a yoga retreat

The biYou is a wonderful place with character and charisma. With an area of almost 70 m² and 100 m² in the form of two rooms, our refuge offers space for up to 35 people and can also be rented as a whole house. The breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and mountains of Schladming as well as the natural wood create a special natural experience inside too. The yoga platforms are on the roof, where fresh air yoga is practiced. The yoga philosophy permeates the entire house, the garden and the soothing organic cuisine. You are welcome to rent our yoga rooms, our refuge in Schladming - Rohrmoos, for your own retreat and workshops.
