A week full of sound, yoga and connection

During the Bhakti week we immerse ourselves together in the world of mantras, feel the power of yoga and let ourselves be embraced by nature.
Here you have the opportunity to nourish your soul, let go of what no longer serves you, and surrender yourself to life in all its beauty.

Sometimes we forget that the answer to our deepest desires lies not outside ourselves, but within ourselves. The love you seek is already within you. The joy you want to feel is just waiting to be discovered by you.

Who are you when you allow yourself to surrender to life with your whole heart?

We, Anita and Stefan, accompany you on this journey, full of love, devotion and with an open heart.
We create a space in which you feel safe and supported to go deep and discover what really matters: your connection to yourself, to others and to life.

Daily routine:
8:00 – 9:30 Yoga
9:30 brunch
Leisure time
16:30 – 18:00 Meditation / Breathing / Workshop
6:00 PM dinner
19:30 Singing / Rituals / Life Coaching

On Tuesday evening, a transformative group coaching session awaits you and on Wednesday we will immerse ourselves together in a heart-opening cacao ritual. Wednesday afternoon is free for you to simply be and integrate what you have experienced during the week.
